Mamata Banerjee presents Railway Budget 2009-2010Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee presented the Railway Budget 2009-2010 in the Parliament today. The budget focus this time was mainly on passenger safety. Integrated security scheme will be drawn up for 130 vulnerable stations. In a more women friendly move, she has proposed to deploy more female commandos.
