1. Idiappum
Ingredients:
  Rice powder
  Chopped potato
  Chopped carrot
  Chopped onion
  Chopped capsicum
  Grated coconut
  Coconut milk
  Curry leaves
  Rice powder
  Salt
 
Method
Heat water. Add chopped potato, carrot, onion & coconut milk. Stir. Add chopped capsicum, salt & ginger & curry leaves. Cook till it is done.

Make a mixture of rice powder, salt & hot water. Mix well. Put it in the container to make idiappum. Cover & steam it.

Garnish idiappum with grated coconut & sprinkle curry leaves on it. Serve hot.
